Cebu City, Philippines – The FISH Visayas Project of AFOS Foundation conducted a Project Management Capacity Building Activity from October 13 to 15, 2022. The activity was joined by the key Project Implementers from AFOS Foundation, Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (CCCI), Bohol Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), and Siquijor Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (SCCII).
The three-day activity revisited AFOS’ processes, digital management tools, and the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) System. The team also reviewed the four operational workplans, and identified common and priority activities for the fourth quarter of 2022.
More than this, teamwork, camaraderie, effective communication, and coordination were amplified and highlighted through a whole day of structured learning activities streamlined by 2xplore Outdoor Classroom. The activities help capacitate and develop each individual’s role and capacity as part of the FISH Visayas Project.
