AFOS Foundation – Philippines was one of the four Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) invited to a breakfast meeting with the German Federal Foreign Office and the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany on October 19, 2022, at Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu Resort.
The German Federal Foreign Office was represented by Ms. Petra Sigmund – Director General for Asia and the Pacific, and Mr. Jan Freigang, Head of Division, Asia Pacific. German Ambassador to the Philippines, Mrs. Anke Reiffenstuel, was also present to discuss the sustainability and climate agenda of German projects implemented in the Philippines.
AFOS Foundation – Philippines was represented by its Project Manager and Country Representative, Ms. Yvette Hope P. Labus; Bohol Area Coordinator and Focal Person for Skills Development, Mr. Bryan M. Araneta; Cebu Area Coordinator, Ms. Nivani Andrea J. Lasala; and Knowledge Management Coordinator, Ms. Mary Ruth I. Ochavillo.
