FISH Visayas Project Conducts Action Planning Workshop with CCCI, LGU Bantayan, and Fisherfolk Associations

Bantayan, Cebu – The FISH Visayas Project engaged with the key partners to refine and validate Cebu’s operational plan for the year 2023-2025. The Action Planning Workshop was conducted on February 11, 2023, at the Kota Beach Resort in Bantayan Cebu.
The workshop elicited recommendations and fruitful inputs from the partners and generated full commitment from the partners in the implementation of activities and initiatives in Bantayan.

The operational plan for Bantayan was drafted by the project partners on September 01-02, 2022 during the FISH Visayas Project MOU Signing and Fine Planning Workshop in Cebu City. Following the draft, series of workshops were conducted with the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry and LGU Bantayan to ensure that the activities are aligned to achieve the indicators and result areas of the project.
