Selected faculty members of the University of Cebu (UC) and Salazar Colleges of Science and Institute of Technology (SCSIT) completed the 3-day Training of Trainers (ToT) on Food Safety Practices on June 3, 2022 at Palm Grass, The Cebu Heritage Hotel.
The training from June 1 – 3 is part of the preparation of the In-School Trainers as Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Assessment, Certification, and Accreditation Services (CCCI – ACAS) embark on the Dual Education & Training (DET) Pilot Program for the Seafood Processing Sector.
The 6-month DET pilot program will produce trainees/graduates as Seafood Production Worker and Quality Inspector.
